Salam & Good Day Everyone,

As some of us know, my hubby has been diagnosed with mild stroke that affect his speech. He is progressing well so far. And one the best therapy for stroke patient is to keep them happy. Stress is definitely a NO-NO to stroke patient. Terima kasih for all the doa dari rakan bloggers semua. Moga Alllah swt permudahkan urusan kalian.

Back to Merbok. Ya...here we come again kan. Tempat ni dah jadi macam kampung nombor 2. It is really a nice place for family gathering. We did a family gathering recently. My siblings are all kaki pancing including my hubby and little angels. Jangan terkejut all my 4 angels including Isyraf the little 4 years pun ada joran pancing and completed tools for fishing. Kalau abah tanya hadiah exam nak apa?...jawapan dia tak lain tak bukan joran ler. In our recent trip to Langkawi we did borong joran jenama Shimano sorang satu. Good deal jugak kat Langkawi...maybe sebab duty free kot kan.

I did receive emails asking for contact number of Chalet Persatuan Nelayan Merbok. So here you go for those yang belum ada. PakDin Merbok = 0124633526. There are few types of aircond chalet: single house RM150, semi-d house RM100, VIP house RM250. You have options to rent fan room too: price varies from RM40-100. For those who really want to focus on fishing and do not want to rent a room, you can just lepak and enjoy your fishing at open space (pelantar terbuka) with complete facilities provided. There are toilet, bathroom, surau and open kitchen with bbq facilities available. Ikan

Last friday during maulidur rasul public holiday we went for fishing again after asar. We reached hom after maghrib. Aduhai, the mommy had to siang ikan till late nite. Sungguh penat disebabkan sungguh banyak ikan2 yang comel didapati. Even the little 2yrs plus Isyraf also managed to catch fishes. He was so happy. Sungguh pandai anak2 ibu.

Only few photos i captured as i was so teruja layan pancing itu.

Hasil tangkapan...sungguh nak pengsan siangnya. Dah antar to mak untuk buat pekasam. Tima kasih mak!

What else...fishing lah

This is what we normaly do to spend our time together. What else kan...fishing lah!

The fishing rode are always in our carboot and normally after work if the weather is good and the mood is superduper good we will just drive to the padi field area nearby Kampung Pertama, Bukit Mertajam and throw our fishing rode. The water container is also always in the carboot, we just stop by any shop and buy water & ice cube and some food....that's all...ready for mini-picnic. It doesn't take much for our family to spend time together. It is simple if you know how to make it simple. The most important is the kids & the hubby love it!

Irdina was the champion this round - program mari memancing di hujung minggu. And the cute thing was Irsyad managed to get 2 ikan lohan. hehehe. ikan lohan sesat lah tu. Anyway most of the kids dapat at least 10 fishes and they were really enjoyed. Ibu prepared keropok, nugget & air lah for the trip. Sungguh enjoy!

Fishing Trip - Pulau Aman

Halooo....it has been a while kan. Sorry lah. Supermom sibuk kat dapoq. Hehehe. But i never forget to visit my fellow bloggers blogs everyday...ulangan ok...i said everyday tau ....eg: Zarin, Masayu, JalanRebung, Lady, Azmiezas, Zaila, Nana, Nana Huslina, Sis Lemon Grass, Puan Ann, Eynda, Zhaneez Craft, Rizalman, Iffil, Siti Sifir, Ai, Ermayum dll (sekadar menyebut beberapa nama). Entering 2010 was not as simple as i thought. Many things ready & awaiting for me either at work or home - supermom lah kata kan :).

Whatever it is, family time is still a must. Here are quick sharing on our recent fishing trip to Pulau Aman (again). Pulau Aman is a good lepaking space for fishing lovers and anak kampung like me. For those who get use to 4-5 stars hotel, Pulau Aman is not for you. You can just go there and makan2 at retoran terapung yang ownernya begitu sombong itu (ikut angin lah kan tahap kesombongannya itu). If you want to get chalet you can choose with or without kitchen. So, that's about it.

Ticket price for Pulau Aman. I mean the boat ok. RM6 for adult & RM4 for children. KOnsep sapa cepat dia berebut masuk boat dulu ya. Hehehe. Bila lah Malaysian nak grown up kan about this sivic concious kan. Malu kat tourist and the kids.

Cad tersongeh at one of the sign board. Pulau Aman ni has a very good tourism potential. Tapi tu lah kan. Macam tak di ambil peduli. Landscaping pun tak de. Sampah merata2. Very sad.

Tu yang kaler coklat tu chalet yang we all lepak lah. RM160 per nite. Kiranya sebuah rumah kampung lah. Itu yang mak abah suka tu. Rasa macam kat rumah sendiri. Kalu tidak mesti dah ajak balik tu maktok tu. Ada 2 bilik (with aircond) ada dapoq & 2 hall utk lepak2.

Encik hubby sampai ja terus baling pancing kat belakang chalet. Nice view. Bukak ja pintu dapoq terus buleh pancing. Rezeki aritu...sekali baling ja terus sangkut ikan duri. Besaq jugak.

Irfan...pemancing tegar tu...paling banyak dapat ikan. Ibu memang tabik spring lah kat abang!

Ini adalah restoran terapung pulau aman. While enjoying the mee udang the kids were asking for udang goreng. And the mummy asked the taukeh.."pakcik, tolong buat udang goreng untuk 4 orang ya. Terima kasih". And the taukeh replied.."hari ni tak senang nak layan"...gulp...what a...%*&?...luckily my hubby & abah were away to restroom....i am sure world war 3 will then meletus. and the kids then asked the ibu.."kenapa pakcik tu nak kena cakap macam tu. bukan kah kita mai nak makan & bayaq duit kan ibu?". hadoi...i am so malu with the kids. pakcik taukeh...please lah...i know you are so stressful with a bunch of customers but dont do that lah pakcik. hehehe...sekian.
