I think it is not too late to wish everyone a very Warm happy Father's Day to all daddies out there. There is no supermama without superdady's support.
As usual, we had a simple celebration at my mom's house. We did a 2 in 1 celebration for my dad & my hubby. Our tradition, I will be giving RM20 each to my angels and bring them to gift shops. From there they will buy anything that they wish to for their abah.

It has been a while n now I am back again. I guess things are a bit on track for me now. Hubby, I can say almost 80% recovered. Frequent body and speech exercise is needed. If to depend on bi-weekly speech therapy session at hospital...it is insufficient for sure. Home speech therapy is required for those who has stroke attacked on speech portion. Anyway, many thanks to Doctor Wong Yee Choon from Pantai Hospital and Speech Therapist, Mr.Loke Chee Keong from Island Hospital for their excellent support. It has been 4 months now my hubby undergoing treatment with these 2 young experts.
Whatever happened to us, there must be something behind something. A blessing in disguise. We were too busy with daily routine and forget to take care of each other and to take care of ourself. What had happened to hubby taught me a lot. "Health is Wealth". And also we have to be prepared. Apart from company medical coverage, I am lucky because I do take medical insurance for hospital admission and also 36 critical illness coverage. For those who have not, I urge you all to do so if your budget permitted. We dunno what will come along the way.
Oh ya...talking about Health is Wealth...i have also bought treadmill from Takasima. They offered good deal now. You bought simple RM2.7K treadmill you will be given Exercise Bicycle + Portable Back Massager (you can plug in your car too) and Hand Massager. I think it is worth buying at this time with this offer. Ladies out there, if you ever think about to slim down your body, go and get this machine. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. You just not get a slimmer body but a healthy body. What had happened taught me and family about healthy living. I will make sure I will exercise at least 30 mins on treadmill + 30 sits up + 5 mins cycling. I am still struggling but I will make sure I will keep it up.

Oh dear...i have so many things to share with you all dear friends about my experience these 4 months facing my husband's stroke. I will and sure will when my time permitted.
